Villa Olympia is our precious gem, a residence where refined luxury meets serene simplicity, creating a truly unique sanctuary in the region. Nestled on a sprawling 3,200 m² plot, the villa is embraced by exotic trees, lush shrubs, a vibrant vegetable garden, and flourishing vines, offering complete privacy with no immediate neighbors. From its elevated position, the panoramic sea views are simply breathtaking, with the island of Paximadia gracing the horizon and sunsets that leave you utterly spellbound.

This exquisite villa, spread across 260 m², accommodates up to eight guests in four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The spacious living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped open kitchen, complemented by a laundry room and guest toilet, providing both style and practicality. Outside, the terrace hosts a 5 m x 8 m pool with a jacuzzi, while a flexible, displaceable glazing shields the dining area on cooler or windy days, making outdoor enjoyment possible in any season.

The garden invites you to savor culinary moments with a wood stove, grill, and 5-flame gas stove, perfect for leisurely BBQs. The village of Pitsidia lies just a 10–15 minute walk away, offering charming local shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants, while the nearest beach can be reached along picturesque dirt roads in 20 minutes.

Villa Olympia is a home of tranquility and elegance, standing proudly on the horizon with nothing but the gentle wind to guide it. Its magical sunsets, vast calm, and absolute privacy create an unmatched sense of serenity, making it a rare jewel where luxury is subtle, nature is ever-present, and every moment invites deep relaxation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, and pets are not allowed. On request, a baby bed and children’s chair can be provided, ensuring the comfort of all guests.

In line with our environmental sustainability policy, room refreshing is provided after six (6) days of stay and thereafter upon request. Duvets are offered free of charge during the periods from March 1st to May 15th and from October 15th to November 15th. We kindly invite our guests to use air conditioning and any additional linen or towel laundry services responsibly, contributing to the reduction of energy and water consumption while maintaining a high standard of comfort.
