Sleep & Wellness:
The apartment features two bedrooms with private bathrooms and king-size beds with high-quality CANDIA STROM orthopedic mattresses. All bedding and pillows are hypoallergenic NEF NEF, ensuring ultimate comfort and restful sleep. Blackout curtains provide tranquility and privacy, creating a space designed for relaxation.

Aesthetic & Color Palette:
The carefully selected color palette and materials enhance relaxation and total comfort. For this reason, the apartment is chosen every year as the first choice by guests from all over the world, offering a luxurious yet functional experience.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, with basic products provided for your first days (our own extra virgin olive oil and some spices). Additionally, water is provided for the first day of your stay. For stays longer than 5 nights, a welcome package with fresh fruits and wine is offered. (Extra olive oil is available at a small charge.)

Luxury Amenities:
The apartment includes a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee for the first days of your stay.
The bathroom is equipped with Rituals toiletries and toilet paper for your first days.
Beach towels are also provided, perfect for your summer excursions.

Terrace & Privacy:
The large terrace with a barbecue is ideal for breakfast, meals, or drinks with a view. At the back of the apartment, there is a small private balcony, perfect for moments of relaxation, a last cigarette or drink before sleep.
The main terrace is shared with the neighboring apartment, so we kindly ask guests to respect privacy and quiet hours to ensure a calm and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Locatio:
The apartment is located in the heart of Matala, just 2 minutes from bars, taverns, and restaurants, while still in a quiet neighborhood away from noise.

In line with our environmental sustainability policy, room refreshing is provided after six (6) days of stay and thereafter upon request. Duvets are offered free of charge during the periods from March 1st to May 15th and from October 15th to November 15th. We kindly invite our guests to use air conditioning and any additional linen or towel laundry services responsibly, contributing to the reduction of energy and water consumption while maintaining a high standard of comfort.
